Deitz Court Reporting Announces Partnership and Integration with SmartAdvocate® Technology

Rockville Centre, New York – August 2, 2016 – Deitz Court Reporting, one of New York’s most prominent court reporting services, proudly announces the completion and launch of their system integration with the incredibly powerful, web-based case management system SmartAdvocate.
This partnership greatly streamlines document management, and provides enormous convenience and efficiency for clients of Deitz who use the SmartAdvocate platform. 
Deitz’s integration with SmartAdvocate automatically sends depositions and other transcripts to the SmartAdvocate system, where they are securely sent and saved to the designated case file. Integrating transcripts seamlessly, transparently and with little or no effort by the user, this process also ensures that everyone associated with the case, including attorneys and other staff members, will receive automatic email notifications advising document additions and other updates to the case file. Additionally, Deitz invoices are sent directly to the account, with charges automatically added on future billing as a client expense.
These services are automatically available to Deitz Court Reporting clients who use the SmartAdvocate platform.
