Nick Heimlich To Join The Annual LETR Bike The Bridges Event

Attorney Nicholas Heimlich is set to join the 25 mile bike ride of the annual LETR Bike the Bridges at the Martinez Waterfront Park on June 12, 2016. Nick is supporting the yearly event that is organized by Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Northern California.
Representing businesses and individuals in the state of California and the United States, Nick Heimlich has an extensive experience to offer to his clients.  He has specialized in business litigation and in advising corporations.

There have been numerous times when he has represented small businesses in cases against large Corporations and he has considerable success in handling such cases. One of the methods that he uses in helping his clients is to give them advice in regards with strategy that is suited and right for their needs.

With the number of years that he has been practicing, Attorney Heimlich has guided clients with business formation, handling of disputes, handling breach of contract, dealing with fraud, trademark issues, partnership problems, and disputes concerning franchises.

One successful case that he has handled in the past was a settlement recovery for a small business involved in a breach of contract case. The settlement amount was for more than $45 million. Not all litigation lawyers can handle cases dealing with such an amount. It takes a whole different level of professionalism and presence of mind to deal with cases like that and win it.

That breach of contract case involved a large company that refused to pay the small business owner to whom it owed an earn-out payment, after it bought the small business. Just after three months that the company committed the breach of contract, Nick was able to get a resolution in favor of the small business owner.

That is just one of the numerous successes that Attorney Heimlich has achieved for his clients.  He has been sharing some of his success with the community and organizations that need help. One such group that he has been helping out is the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Northern California.

The Bike the Bridges event is aimed at generating funds for the Special Olympics programs. The ride itself is set to benefit more 17,000 athletes through Special Olympics Northern CA. It is through events like Bike the Bridges that Special Olympics Northern CA is able to help children and adults with intellectual disabilities to have access to athletic training for free.

Participants will have the option of joining the 25 mile, 50K (29 mi), 100K (62 mile) or 100 mile rides.  Those who go for the 25 mile ride can choose to extend to the 50K ride without any additional costs. Registration would include an eat-all- you-can BBQ lunch, a commemorative t-shirt, and the option to buy a Brew Fest unlimited pour wristband for $15.

Attorney Nick Heimlich will be going for the 25 mile ride of the event. He has been supporting the advocacy of groups like Special Olympics Northern CA for years now.
