Visalia, California – The International Association of HealthCare Professionals is pleased to welcome Rebecca Ann Zulim, MD, general surgeon, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in The Leading Physicians of the World. She is a highly-trained and qualified general, thoracic and oncologic surgeon with a vast expertise inall facets of her work. Dr. Zulim has been practicing for more than 28 years and is currently serving as a Trauma Medical Director at Kaweah Delta Medical Center in Visalia, California. She is also affiliated with Tulane Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Zulim gained her Doctor of Medicine degree at the UCLA’s David Geffen School of Medicine in 1988. An internship and then residency were then completed at the University of California’s Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, with the latter completed in 1995 prior to entering private practice.
Dr. Zulim is board certified by the American Board of Surgery, and is a member of the American College of Surgeons and of the California Medical Society, as well as belonging to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She says that her success is due to her passion for helping her patients, and her love of the science of surgical medicine. When not at work, she likes to go hiking and backpacking, and she is also a proficient rock climber and marathon runner.
