Award Winning Greeting Card Retailer, Creased Cards, Marks Its 3rd Birthday With The Launch Of A New Website & Industry Leading Loyalty Programme.

Award winning greeting card retailer, Creased Cards, continues its innovative and unique approach to the retail greeting cards & gifts market by marking their 3rd birthday with the launch of an industry leading Loyalty Programme, alongside a new-look website.

December 6, 2016 – (Brighton, UK) – Brighton based Creased Cards is continuing its innovative and unique approach to the retail greeting cards & gift market by marking their 3rd birthday with the launch of an industry leading Loyalty Programme and a new-look website.

The Loyalty Programme will reward returning customers with 10% payback on everything they spend at Creased – as well as some additional surprise rewards that are planned throughout the year.

The new and improved website is an evolution of the e-commerce offering that Creased first launched at its inception in 2013.

The company is a refreshingly different greeting card & gift retailer, who this year were awarded the prestigious Reta award for Best Independent Home Counties greeting card retailer. Their first shop is located in the famous Lanes shopping area of Brighton and offers a fantastic mix of contemporary & cutting edge products – they are best known for their humour ranges, with some being very risqué!

Paul Jarman, Owner and Founder of Creased Cards, said, “We have many loyal and returning customers, both instore and online, and so I wanted to find a way to reward them – as well as give even more reasons for new customers to come and get to know us. Our 3rd birthday seemed a fitting time to be introducing a refreshed ecommerce offering as well as the new Loyalty Programme.”

In regards to the improved website, Paul further remarked – “I’ve been gathering feedback from customers regards our website over the last 12 months and the new site is a reflection of those comments. Whilst doing that work, it became clear that being rewarded for loyalty was also important – and so so it gave me the encouragement I needed to launch the scheme. Customers will get back 10% of what they spend with us…no loyalty cards needed or heavy paperwork hassles – just a simple scheme that gives you back ££s to spend with us”

He goes on to explain why this is the start of an expansion drive for the Creased business – “In my view, deepening your relationships with customers across all channels is key to success – so we’re approaching expansion in several areas. The new website marks the start of a large drive to broaden our e-commerce reach during 2017 with new partnerships and avenues to market. We are also currently eyeing expansion of our Brighton footprint with the potential acquisition of a larger store, however that will not detract from our plans to expand our shop network to other UK locations over the next couple of years.”
