Mumbai – Schneider Electric India, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, today announced that it has been conferred Kincentric Best Employers Award for the year 2021. The award comes as part of Kincentric’s robust assessment that measures and identifies organizations who have transformed their people practices driving better business results.
The award was received by Anil Chaudhry, MD & CEO, Schneider Electric India along with Rachna Mukherjee, CHRO, Schneider Electric India, at the Kincentric Best Employers Learning Conference organized today.
The recognition comes to Schneider Electric after a robust six-month long evaluation process. It is an outcome of a rigorous analysis to measure the alignment between “Intent-Design-Experience”, assessed through CEO survey, people practice survey and employee opinion survey for all participating organisations. A shortlisted set is taken through an intense audit to validate the details provided. The final analysis of the shortlisted organisations was conducted by an external panel of jury made up of corporates, academicians, and industry leaders.
