Detroit, MI – SkillFusion, an industry-first software platform for electric vehicle service equipment (EVSE) operations and maintenance (O&M) providers, has announced the addition of Enid Joffe as the company’s new Vice President of Workforce Initiatives. With 30 years of outstanding experience in vehicle electrification, clean energy, infrastructure, and the associated policy and regulations, Joffe brings a wealth of expertise and integrity to her new role.

Within this role, Joffe will focus on fostering collaboration between the public and private sectors to increase the skilled and certified workforce servicing the EVSE industry while ensuring equitable representation from a broad range of communities. In turn, this work will ensure the accessibility and reliability of the nation’s EV charging stations and support the adoption of EVs overall.

In addition to her role with SkillFusion, Joffe is the President of Green Paradigm Consulting, a firm focused on clean energy infrastructure development. Formerly, she served in the Electric Transportation Division of Southern California Edison and Edison EV, one of the first EV charging service providers. She also co-founded Clean Fuel Connection to serve the growing market for EV infrastructure. An active civic volunteer, Joffe also served a term as Mayor of the City of Sierra Madre, CA.
