MJ Brewer is the author of 5th Time’s the Charm, a true story that chronicles her struggle to survive amnesia and an inability to walk while being left homeless with two children. Now, Brewer has launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for the publication of her book.
In the book, Brewer discusses her “One Point Strategy,” a way to achieve any goal. According to the author, she grew up in an abusive situation and was thrown out of her home at a young age, forcing her to take up exotic dancing to earn money. After being prescribed Prozac, she developed retrograde and ante-retrograde amnesia. Her short-term memory issues affected her life, as well as a car accident that left her paralyzed.
However, she was determined not to give up. Through hard work and perseverance, she was able to overcome her obstacles and provide for herself and her children. Now, she has documented her journey in her book, 5th Time’s the Charm, along with advice on how she learned to attain her goals. Readers will be uplifted and inspired by her story and will learn valuable lessons on how to surmount their own obstacles and achieve their dreams.
