For over four decades, KING CRE 8 has been providing innovative and beautiful artwork to collectors, museums, and corporations. Now, the world-renowned artist is offering a range of pieces inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic alongside working with various community-based projects.
Since the early 1980s, ‘KING CRE 8 has been producing incredible pieces of artwork alongside helping provide support to those in need through his art therapy. Initially beginning his career in street art, he gradually moved into various forms of artwork, with his work being exhibited in the Pasadena USC Pacific Asia Museum, California African American Museum, ESMOA, LACMA, MOCA & the GETTY Museum Research Institute.
King Cre 8 has also produced artwork for a number of global brands, including McDonald’s, Nike, and General Motors, alongside creating canvases that have appeared in a host of music videos and feature films.
Like thousands of people around the world, KING CRE 8 has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, and he has spent his time staying creative and productive, producing an array of artwork inspired by the crisis. He has also been continuing to make a difference through engaging online art workshops and community-based projects.
Now, the artist is looking for new inspiration and is encouraging any art collectors or organizations seeking work to get in touch. Equally, he is also continuing his motivational speaking engagements and creative art courses.
