Revenge Is Only the Beginning in LET IT BLEED

“LET IT BLEED/Tricoast Ent.”

Dark Action Thriller Debuts September 20 on VOD and Premium Digital Platforms

** FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE ** Los Angeles, CA (September 20, 2016) – In the action thriller/dark comedy, LET IT BLEED, bullets strike and the punches land – hard. Abel, a once ordinary man, is pushed to extremes after taking revenge on those who wronged him.  He becomes the target of a major crime lord and is trapped in an alternative world filled with killers, gangsters, and beautiful women. A haunted man turned cold-blooded killer, Abel is aided by a mysterious tattooed blonde as they are poised against an ensemble of unique and iconic villains.

Writer, director and producer Ben Burke(Fason Nou: Our Way; Red River Moon)found his filmmaking inspiration from uncoventionalsources – cartoons like Tom & Jerry and Roadrunner: “I love revenge movies. The original concept for the film was a man that couldn’t die or feel pain while on the path of vengeance. Like many of my favorite action films at their ridiculous best, no matter how fatal the blow – like an inflatable punching doll – our hero repeatedly defies reason and gets back up every time he falls.”  Burke continues, “We set out to make an unconventional genre film that’s fun and surprising, with a simple story told in a uniquely cinematic way. Hopefully it’s unlike any film you’ve seen recently”

LET IT BLEED stars Mike Pfaff (Sons of Anarchy; 2 Broke Girls), Shannon Lorance (Hawaii Five-0; Criminal Minds), Bradley Fisher (Parks and Recreation; Westworld), Robert Catrini (Jack Reacher: Never Go Back; G.I. Joe: Retaliation).  Sean McCarthy (Our Way; Pointe Blank) serves as producer and editor. Burke and McCarthy formed Torn & Restored Pictures (www.trpictures.com) in 2011 with an eye on the international market for feature and broadcast content. The next project up for T&R Pictures is BETTER CRIMINAL, the story of an LAPD detective forced to work for two warring crime syndicates while under an internal investigation.

LET IT BLEED premieres September 20 on Amazon, Google Play, iTunes, Microsoft Xbox and Vudu
