From 2008 to 2016, the value of shipments of natural cheese (cheddar, swiss, italian, brick, cream, grated, dried, etc.), excluding cottage cheese grew at an average annual rate of +2.6%. At the same time, the output of process cheese and related products ascended by an average +0.5% per year.
