Join us for a cozy night of poetry, live pastel art, and great drink specials as we take you on journeys through the human experience. Our focus is on creating a relaxing and inspiring atmosphere for all attendees.
All poets will have the same amount of time to perform, and the audience plays a crucial role in the evening’s outcome. At the end of the performances, we encourage you to anonymously vote for your favorite poet.
The poet with the most votes will receive a one-of-a-kind pastel art piece as a prize.
Tongue and Groove is the first curated show by Kristie Gerhard, the creator of Kris Miss Poetry. Gerhard has been writing poetry since she was a child and is in the process of publishing her extensive work.
“I’ve always known I have an important message of connection and unity,” says Gerhard. “I seek a kinder, gentler world where we embrace one another without expectation.”
