The Sanders Hand has officially franchised its first location internationally in Ghana, Africa. A 501c3 non-profit organization founded in 2017, The Sanders Hand is serving over 3000 youth from Texas to Oklahoma in the age group of 12-21 through two of its important segments – education & community. The Sanders Hand promotes innovation, empowerment, diversity by preparing the next generation for success.

Talking about The Sanders Hand Education program, it offers two virtual and in-person student-parent seminars and leadership camps. The programs are aimed at teaching professional and leadership skills that go untaught inside the classrooms. The key education lessons include financial literacy, youth entrepreneurship, professional etiquette, leadership, etc. Apart from this Mock interviews and resume-building sessions are also provided to the students.

The Sander Hand Foundation community program is committed to bringing a change. It runs to work in the community to bring healthier conjunction with the society. Through successive partnerships, volunteering and donations the community program aims at providing a sense of hope to the students and their families.

The slogan of the organization is ‘Together we’re the change’. It has awarded over $10,000 in scholarship funding to high school & college students. The organization also has different chapters of service located in Houston Texas, San Antonio Texas, Oklahoma City, US. The major highlights of the program are –

• 22.5% literacy increases every 4 weeks.

• 72 students graduated from leadership programs.

• $19,686 projected household income increased.

This year the Organisation is launching a new program named – Youth Billionaire class. It’s a virtual camp teaching students financial literacy and entrepreneurship with interactive sessions. The sole purpose of the program is to create a thriving learning culture by focusing on every student and to make sure that every student succeeds.
