The Discovery of earliest ancestor organism using evolutionary equations

Dr. Kenji Sorimachi, has worked as Professor Emeritus, Dokkyo Medical University, after his retirement he has expanded his research field into medical drug development and environmental science in Gunma Agriculture and Forest Development Co. Ltd., with Dokkyo Medical University and Gunma University. Japan, he has done an extensive research on evolutionary equations and has discovered the earliest ancestor organism using definitive evolutionary equations.

We all know that organisms are classified into three categories. They are Prokaryota, Archaea, and Eukaryota. This classification of organisms is based on morphological and molecular features by using the facts that were defined on Darwin’s theory of natural selection. However, no one has ever identified that what governs genome evolution and how did life begin on Earth.

Dr. Kenji Sorimachi has developed a simple, innovative approach to asses biological evolution that has caused the origin of life. In his research, the whole genomes were divided into many pieces, and then he studied the differences in normalized nucleotide content between nucleotide pairs. He compared all these nucleotide pairs for normalized nucleotide content. Basing on the nucleotide content, he has found that Monosiga brevicollis is the earliest ancestor organism and is examined here.

In his study, normalization was applied to genomes, yielding exciting results that could not be obtained from an analysis of nucleotide sequences. His previous discovery that genomes are constructed with small units encoding similar amino acid compositions predicted that mutations occurred synchronously over the genome. The present results are based on the huge endeavors and enormous data of numerous scientists from all over the world. In addition, the present study could be completed with a small notebook PC which was developed by many engineers including software developers.

Primitive organisms might have appeared after a long period of a chemical evolution, during this time, various organic compounds were formed. Recently, it was reported that a small fluid-filled bladder consisting of lipids and polynucleotides were replicated under experimental conditions which in turn produced a pseudo organism. These pseudo organisms are the first living organisms to appear on the earth, but it is not possible to identify their origin because the chemical compounds from where these organisms were formed were not stable. Only the organisms which were formed using a self-replicated process can survive and continue to evolve in this planet. So, it is difficult to identify the origin of ancestors of life on earth, because, their chemical compounds during their formation may be unstable according to the current environmental conditions and may change later.

Although scientists have found sedimented rocks which were from 3.1–3.7 billion years ago have traces of very early organisms. But they do not appear to be the origin of life and also it is very likely that only primitive organisms that had cell walls could leave a fossil record. This proves that only we can trace ancestors of organisms that had a cell wall but not for the organisms that don’t have a cell wall.

Based on Charles Darwin theory of natural selection, all the organisms will have a common ancestor and single origin. Dr. Kenji Sorimachi has predicted that amino acid compositions of their complete genomes should naturally reflect their evolution from bacteria to Homo sapiens.

Therefore, from the above research, he has expressed the two normalized nucleotide contents by a linear regression line, (X – Y) / (X + Y) = a (X – Y) + b, where X and Y are nucleotide contents and (a) and (b) are constants. Nucleotide content changes are expressed by a definitive equation, (X – Y) ≈ 0.25 ln(X/Y).
